  • The Easter Colomba Cake Divigna is enriched with juicy sultanas soaked in a soft blend of raisin wines and natural Madagascar vanilla* (*Slow Food Presidium). Colomba DiVigna is obtained by natural fermentation from sourdough, with a patient artisan process lasting 72 hours. The dough is particularly soft and is well dimpled: we use only fresh eggs, butter, milk and cream. The surface is covered with a fragrant Italian almond glaze and granulated sugar. Weight: 1 kg

The Colomba is hand packaged in a cardboard box. Wrapped in pastel-coloured paper, it is closed with a satin ribbon. Added to the ribbon are the ingredients label and a charm depicting the “L” of Loison.
