We opt for high-quality ingredients and controlled designation of origin labels, preferably Italian and possibly Slow Food Presidia; for example, Mananara Vanilla from Madagascar, Lemons from Sorrento, Amalfi and Femminiello GPI Syracuse, single-origin Chocolate from selected South American plantations in regions dedicated to high-quality crop.
