  • The Colomba, in the large 5 kg Magnum format, is a traditional Italian Easter cake with a soft dough, obtained by natural fermentation from mother yeast and is the result of 72 hours of patient artisan processing. The classic Colomba Magnum has a soft, well dimpled dough, enriched with candied Sicilian orange peel. The surface is covered with a fragrant almond glaze and granulated sugar.
