The dough is yellow and well-alveolated and is richly filled with salted caramel cream and embellished with single-origin dark chocolate cru and natural Bourbon vanilla from madagascar. The Panettone al caramello salato is the result of 72 hours of patient craftsmanship and is naturally leavened, starting from sourdough. The basic ingredients are all fresh: free-range Italian eggs, milk, cream and butter.
