The artisanal Panettone Marron Glacé is obtained from natural leavening from sourdough and 72 hours of patient craftsmanship. The yellow dough is soft and well-alveolated and is richly filled with enveloping marron glacé cream and marron glacé in chunks, which give the Panettone a persistent and refined taste. The basic ingredients are all fresh: eggs from safe farms, milk, cream and butter.
Our Marron Glacé variety of Panettone features a rich and smooth filling made from creamed candied chestnuts, as well as delicious chunks of marrons glacés, French for chestnuts candied in sugar syrup and glazed. There’s nothing better than this symphony of flavors to prolong the pleasure of autumn! To round up the taste of our voluptuous Panettone, we added the long-lasting fragrance of Natural Bourbon Vanilla from Madagascar (a Slow Food Presidium).
The product is packaged in a sleeve, made of rigid cardboard with an ivory base, enhanced by fine copper foil lines that create an elegant frame. On the front, in the upper section, there is an oval logo recalling the identity of the pastry shop. The sides feature an image of the panettone on a cake stand, showcasing the product. A cardboard band, with colors dedicated to each flavor, completes the packaging.
