The Mini Colombain, in its small 100 gram size, is a traditional Italian Easter cake with a soft dough, obtained by the natural leavening of our Sourdough and is the result of 72 hours of patient artisan processing . The mini Classic Colomba, has a soft, dimpled dough, rich in candied orange peel. The surface is covered with a fragrant almond glaze and granulated sugar. A small-sized sweetness, rich in Loison quality.
