The Tosa Fondente is an artisanal crispy shortbread cake with a classic identity but a modern, innovative flavour. The cocoa shortcrust pastry base is combined with the exuberant flavour of dark chocolate that characterises the frangipane and the soft filling.
The result is a fragrant cake with a strong and irresistible flavour thanks to the use of selected ingredients such as fresh cream, eggs from free-range hens and single-origin chocolate.
