The Panettoncino with Salted Caramel is a soft dough sweet obtained by the natural leavening of our sourdough. The dough is enriched with chocolate and a delicious filling of salted caramel cream, made without added semi-finished products. The recipe, created by Dario Loison, wisely calibrates the relationship between sweet and savoury, giving life to a sweet with a modern and unforgettable flavour.
The cake is placed inside a soft velvet pouch, featuring a print that elegantly recalls the aesthetics of French pâtisserie: gold details enhance the oval, the “L,” and the two small shells that secure the closing ribbon. Carefully crafted in every detail, the pouch is finished with a double satin bow and a delicate pearl, and is designed for multiple reuses.
The collection is available in six colors, each associated with a different flavor.
