The Panettoncino with Salted Caramel is a soft dough sweet obtained by the natural leavening of our sourdough. The dough is enriched with chocolate and a delicious filling of salted caramel cream, made without added semi-finished products. The recipe, created by Dario Loison, wisely calibrates the relationship between sweet and savoury, giving life to a sweet with a modern and unforgettable flavour.
The cake is placed inside a metal tin featuring an elegant pastel-colored design inspired by French pâtisserie aesthetics. On the front, an oval frame encloses the logo, accompanied by an illustration representing the leavened baked goods category. The lid, matching the body of the tin, is customized with the brand's distinctive mark, reinforcing its visual identity.
The collection is available in six colors, each associated with a different flavor.
