The Filone Pere Spezie is artisan fruit bread, which leavens naturally thanks to our sourdough. Dario Loison wanted to revive this ancient recipe of his father, Alessandro, enriching it with top quality ingredients and a fragrant blend of selected spices. The soft and well-alveolated dough is embellished with raisins and delicious candied pears, which give the loaf an exclusive and unforgettable flavour.
