The artisan Tiramisù Colomba is inspired by Treviso, an elegant and refined city just a few kilometers from Venice. Made through slow natural fermentation with sourdough, it features an exceptionally soft and well-aerated texture, the result of careful artisanal craftsmanship. Prepared with fresh, selected ingredients butter, milk, and cream, it encloses a rich zabaglione and coffee cream, enhanced with natural Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar, Slow Food Presidium. The surface is coated with a delicate white chocolate glaze and dark chocolate drops, creating a harmonious balance between sweetness and intensity. A refined creation, designed for an authentic and memorable tasting experience.

The Loison Tiramisù Colomba is a celebration of flavor and creaminess. The soft, well-aerated dough is enriched with zabaglione and coffee cream, enhanced with natural Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar, Slow Food Presidium. The surface is decorated with a delicate white chocolate glaze and dark chocolate drops, creating a perfect balance of sweetness and intensity.
The Colomba is hand packaged in a cardboard box. Wrapped in pastel-coloured paper, it is closed with a satin ribbon. Added to the ribbon are the ingredients label and a charm depicting the “L” of Loison.
