The dough is particularly soft due to the use of fresh butter, milk and cream, it is well dimpled and enriched with fragrant candied "Tardivo di Ciaculli*" mandarin*, Sultana raisins and natural Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar* (*Slow Food Presidium). The surface is covered with a fragrant italian almond glaze , decorated with whole almonds and granulated sugar. The natural leavening from soourdough, the 72 hours of patient processing and the selected ingredients give the sweet softness, digestibility and unique flavour.
