The Bonissima Noci e Miele is a traditional Modena dessert in which the crumbly consistency of the butter-based shortcrust pastry is combined with a soft, enveloping filling. Dario Loison wanted to offer this artisanal cake, enriching it with a filling of Italian “Lara” walnuts and Sicilian wildflower honey, so as not to forget this popular excellence of Made in Italy confectionery over time.

The Bonissima Noci e Miele is a shortcrust pastry cake that contains a sweet dough, in which the Sicilian wildflower honey amalgamates the precious Italian “Lara” nuts, giving life to a balanced and nutritious product.
