  • The Salted Caramel Easter Colomba is a tasty and sophisticated version of the traditional Italian Easter cake. Its dough is well dimpled and particularly soft due to the use of fresh butter, milk and cream. Richly filled with salted butter caramel cream, milk chocolate drops and natural Mananara vanilla from Madagascar* (*Slow Food Presidium). The surface is covered with white chocolate caramel icing and PGI Piedmont hazelnuts. The salted caramel Colomba is obtained by natural fermentation from sourdough. The 72 hours of slow artisan processing and the care in selecting and combining the finest ingredients ensure an original and exclusive Made in Italy product.

The distinctive taste of salted caramel cream meets the enticing bitterness of milk chocolate chips to deliver a perfect balance of sweet and savory sensations. A layer of white chocolate and caramel glaze decorates this mouthwatering creation garnished with whole and chopped hazelnuts.

The Colomba is hand packaged in a cardboard box. Wrapped in pastel-coloured paper, it is closed with a satin ribbon. Added to the ribbon are the ingredients label and a charm depicting the “L” of Loison.
