Dario Loison wanted to revive this ancient recipe of his father, Alessandro, enriching it with top quality ingredients and a fragrant blend of selected spices. The soft and well-alveolated dough is embellished with raisins and delicious candied pears, which give the loaf an exclusive and unforgettable flavour.
