The Filone Arancia Cioccolato is an artisan bread naturally leavened with our sourdough. Dario Loison wanted to re-propose this ancient recipe of his father Alessandro, enriching it with a selection of top quality ingredients. The soft dough with good alveolation is embellished with delicious candied Sicilian orange peel and drops of dark chocolate, while it is covered with a crumbly icing based on sugar grains that gives the loaf an unforgettable texture and flavour.
The sweet notes of Sicilian orange peel combine perfectly with the strong flavour of chocolate in this artisanal breadfruit with its intense fruity taste.
