Dario Loison wanted to re-propose this ancient recipe of his father Alessandro, enriching it with a selection of top quality ingredients. The soft dough with good alveolation is embellished with delicious candied Sicilian orange peel and drops of dark chocolate, while it is covered with a crumbly icing based on sugar grains that gives the loaf an unforgettable texture and flavour.
