The Filone Albicocca Basilico is a naturally leavened artisan fruit bread thanks to the use of our sourdough. Dario Loison wanted to re-propose this ancient recipe of his father Alessandro, enriching it with a selection of top quality ingredients. The soft dough with good alveolation is embellished with delicious candied apricots and basil leaves, while it is covered with a crumbly icing based on sugar grains and sweet candied apricot crescents that give the loaf an unforgettable texture and flavour.
