The Salted Caramel Easter Colomba is a tasty and original version of the traditional italian Easter cake. Its soft dough is richly filled with salted butter caramel cream, milk chocolate drops and natural vanilla Mananara from Madagascar* (*Slow Food Presidium). The surface is covered with white chocolate caramel icing and IGP Piedmont hazelnuts . The natural leavening from sourdough and the 72 hours of patient processing give to the sweet softness, digestibility and unique flavour. The dough is yellow and well-alveolated and made with fresh basic ingredients : eggs from free-range farming in Italy, butter, milk and mountain cream. The care in selecting and combining the finest ingredients ensure an original and exclusive Made in Italy product.
