  • The Chocolate Easter Colomba is a soft and well dimpled cake, obtained from natural leavening with mother yeast and 72 hours of patient artisan processing. We use only fresh eggs, butter, milk and cream. The dough is particularly soft and is enriched with a delicious filling of chocolate cream, dark chocolate chips and natural Mananara vanilla from Madagascar* (*Slow Food Presidium). The surface is covered with chocolate icing and chocolate curls.
