  • The Lemon Colomba is a soft pastry, obtained by natural fermentation from the mother yeast , and is the result of 72 hours of patient artisan processing . The soft and yellow dough is richly filled with "Siracusa IGP" lemon cream , and is enriched with minced and candied lemon peel, which give an intense and persistent citrus aroma. The surface is covered with a fragrant italian almond glaze , decorated with whole almonds and granulated sugar.
