The classic Easter Colomba is an italian cake with a yellow, soft and well dimpled dough, enriched with candied Sicilian orange peel. The surface is covered with a fragrant italian almond glaze , decorated with whole almonds and granulated sugar. The classic Colomba is produced in compliance with the italian pastry tradition , with sourdough and a 72-hour artisanal process.
