The Bonissima Marronglacé Nocciola is a traditional Modena dessert in which the crumbly consistency of the butter-based shortcrust pastry is combined with a soft, enveloping filling. Dario Loison wanted to offer this artisanal cake, enriching it with a filling of marron glacé, Sicilian wildflower honey and PGI "Piedmont" hazelnuts, so as not to forget this popular excellence of Made in Italy confectionery over time.
The Bonissima Marronglacé Nocciola conceals a real tasteful treasure in its shortcrust pastry casing – a soft filling where the velvety flavours of marron glacé and Piedmont IGP hazelnuts are combined with the enveloping sweetness of Sicilian wildflower honey. The result is a refined and tasty cake, where the quality and essences of all the raw materials are distinguished in a harmonious and balanced way.
The packaging of the Bonissima represents a real preview of the product, involving the consumer in a visual path prior to being tasted. The package is designed as a box, which wantingly guards the Tosa but lets in a glimpse through a small heart-shaped window on the top side. The box is elegantly opened just like a book, allowing you to be immersed into the aromas and flavours of this delicious sweet.
